We will only collect your personal information for defined purposes. We do not distribute or share your personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfil our obligations to you. Fortress Crown Cash Inc. is committed to ensuring that its customers are informed as to how their personal information will be used and kept secure. The following information explains the type of information gathered on our sites and how that information is used.
We may use the information you provide us with for our own internal statistical and analytical purposes, to evaluate and profile customers including customer preferences and purchasing trends, which we may use for marketing purposes and in respect of operations and development.
1. User Account and Personal Information
The ability to access functionalies of FarmGreat Service/ products ordering requires that you register/ create FarmGreat account which is absolutely free. To enter into a contract and become a FarmGreat associate, you must agree with FarmGreat’s Terms of use and this Privacy Policy and other policies as outlined in Terms and Conditions page. Personal information is required to become an associate of FarmGreat, which includes your real name, email address, password, and country of residence. If you are logged in, you will be identified by your user name. This may be your real name if you so choose, or you may choose to publish under a pseudonym, whatever user name you selected when you created your account. Refer to FarmGreat registration form for details of information we may require from you. We may record information about when and how often you login to your assigned back office, type of browser, IP address and traffic generated from your replicating site.
Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose online (in comments, reviews, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. If you contribute to the FarmGreat Service, you are publishing every word you post publicly. If you write something, assume that it may be retained forever.
2. Passwords
Your FarmGreat business account is protected by a password chosen by you, and further authenticated with captcher and daily One Term Password (OTP) authentication. FarmGreat automatically log-out your account from any device after few minutes of idleness, thus protecting your account from unauthorized invaders. FarmGreat automatically mandate all associate members to monthly change their password. Passwords protect the integrity of your FarmGreat account. All associate members are encouraged to regularly use strong passwords and never to share them. You are prohibited from knowingly exposing the password of another user to public release either directly or indirectly.
Protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer.
3. How is e-mail information used?
E-mail addresses are used to send you FarmGreats SuperPad (our 30-day getting started training series), vital newsletters, sales and commission notifications, order confirmations, customer service replies, etc. Your FarmGreat sponsor (the person who referred you to FarmGreat), Co-sponsor, and your upline Team Leaders may also see your e-mail address in order to provide you with mentoring and other professional assistance.
For the first 30 days in FarmGreat, new associates will be getting e-mail messages encouraging them to check out our exclusive SuperPad training series at the FarmGreat Associate Center. SuperPad focuses on easy-to-understand, invaluable information and beginner tips for successfully launching a new business. This series will also have reference links to information about FarmGreat.
All active Associates of FarmGreat will receive individual notifications of all associate registrations and personally generated sales and earnings.
We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our e-mail lists to third parties. Period!
4. What about phone and fax numbers?
We request your phone and/or fax numbers in case we need to contact you directly about your FarmGreat account, sales, commissions, etc. You can also choose to share your phone and fax numbers (as well as your IM address) with your sponsor, co-sponsor, and/or personally sponsored associates.
We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our list of customer fax or phone numbers, nor any other information about customers.
5. How do we give notifications?
Protecting the privacy of our associates is very important. Hence, ONLY if you are personally sponsoring a person who becomes an associate (referred to as a Personally Sponsored Associate or PSA) will you receive a notification that includes their contact information.
Members can also access contacts information of their PSAs and of those associates in their team as Team Leaders through their genealogy contact features. The contact features in member genealogy report are also the best way to stay in touch among team members. Through genealogy features, members can send personalized welcome messages and personalized congratulatory messages. Plus, member can send personal newsletters and memos, whenever he/she wants, to those sponsored associates and those in his/her team. As a Team Leader, member can group his/her recipients by sales activity, joining date, rank, etc. through the genealogy filters. Added benefits of using genealogy to group contacts by Team Leaders are the FarmGreat system ability to ensure that member list of recipients will always be current (those who opted out are removed in real time, and new associates and new sales are also reflected in the report as they happen).
Additionally, FarmGreats associate communication program (m2m) lets you search, browse, and exchange messages with any FarmGreat associate in your team. You can identify FarmGreat associates in your own country, state/province, or even city, and much more, you can specifically search associate with specific characteristics, experience and common goals. You can also search by gender, age, joining date, and more. Or search by any combination! Using m2m, you can share tips, discuss FarmGreat news, share successful marketing strategies to your country and to the world at large, and more. To get started, register as an m2m member from your member area. Once youre registered, you can immediately start browsing the m2m roster, exchanging messages, and more.
6. How do we collect the information?
There are numbers of different ways that FarmGreat receives and collects personal information from you. Ways Fortress Crown Cash Inc. collects personal information from you may include the following:
Communications from You
When you email or write to us you may need to provide us your name, contact details, and other personal information in your message.
Career Opportunity
You may need to provide us personal information, e-mail ID and telephone number when you fill FarmGreat form, applying for trainers’ employment opportunity.
Contact Us
By contacting us/ subscribing to and requesting to know more about our products, services or opportunities available at FarmGreat business.
Email/Direct Mail Campaigns
From time to time we may contact you directly by mail, email or telephone informing you about new products, promotions or special offers that may be of interest to you. When responding to one of these campaigns, you may provide us with personal information.
Surveys
From time to time we may conduct surveys in respect of our products and services. Participation in our surveys is optional. When you respond to one of our surveys, you may provide us with personal information about you.
7. How do 3rd party credit card processors protect customer information?
Fortress Crown Cash Inc. software uses secure server that provides you with very secure and fast online purchase, and other 3rd party credit card processors that encrypt all the customers personal information including name, address, credit card number, credit card expiration date, etc. before it is sent to us. Encryption works to prevent any malicious use of your personal information. Your credit card information is only used for online transaction.
Credit card information is encrypted during the ordering process and is deleted as soon as your order is completed.
8. About cookies?
In order to better understand what services are valuable to our customers, we use "cookies".
